Allow Alias Email Addresses for Users
How to allow end users to respond to conversation email notifications when they use more than one email address
This setting allows users to respond to Conversations when they have multiple alias email addresses.
For Event Scheduler

Go to the left navigation bar>Settings>Advanced>General>Email Notifications
For Work Order Management

Go to the left navigation bar>Settings>Advanced>General>Work Order Workflow
Once enabled, when a user has multiple alias email addresses (e.g. luke@yourchurchname.com, tommy@ycn.com, bobsmith@yourchurch.com), when they reply to a Conversation in eSPACE it will not be rejected.
