    If Delete isn't an option, the ability to change status to closed, complete, etc. would probably be better.

    This is a MUST. Other providers do it using a customer specific reply-to address and a unique code in the subject that is universal to their platform. The application then parses the code to either add a comment to an existing issue that matches the code or create a new one if it isn't found. Even if custom addresses are used to generate new tickets, any outbound correspondence would have 1 unique reply-to address assigned by espace that could facilitate this functionality. This may also require folks to pick a default department/assignment to field unmatched replies and the ability to combine work orders.

    I agree, we would like to have a checkbox or something for making a service category private/public and therefore hide/show the category on the form accordingly.

    I would like to add to this by asking for an inactive feature for both events and work orders. For work orders, I would also like a second option for Public/Private to allow certain service categories to be for internal use only. An example would be for internally escalating issues to another team that doesn't need to be listed on the public form.
