    Public Calendar - Show future recurring events in the pop up window. When someone clicks the link of an event on the public calendar, it is helpful if future recurring events are shown on the pop up window. Doing so makes it much easier for the viewer to see when future occurrences are scheduled instead of having to hunt for them on the calendar.

  2. Resource form not required multiple times for the same event

    When we schedule an event, we have forms that have to be filled out based on what space or what department we need resources from. However, if the event requires more than one space or resource, it often requires that the same form be filled out multiple times. Is there a way to require that it be filled out once but then not require more than once?

  3. Would like to see notes on the emailed summary

    When emailing the summary to contacts it would be nice to see the notes written next to the services/resources/space. This way it will serve as a reminder to those receiving the summary.

  5. work orders in chronological order

    When looking at the calendar view in the WOM system, the work orders are not in sequential order. For instance, we may have 15 work orders/setups for events on Sundays, but we have to click on each one individually to see what time the event is because they are not in order of time of occurrence. This is quite frustrating and time consuming for our team.

  6. Hiding Events that only the Admins can see?

    Could there be a feature added where events can be chosen to be hidden from the rest of the users and only Admins can see? Ex. would be a maintenance block for a particular space or repair of a space or resource, etc....?

  7. document Library

    Document Library, AFTER Sub-Admins "Approve" their part in the event...We need the Sub-Admins to ADD to the Event document Library.

    For example we need the Media team to add the graphics or flyer (.pdfs) to the library or the legal team to add the appropriate permission slips, etc.

    We think it would work BEST from the setup page since ALL Sub-Admins should go there first to read the Forms and Notes. RIGHT? Thanks! Dawn

    Allow users to set a default priority or set a default priority at the organization level to speed up entry.

  9. Can there be an option to remove 2 fields in General Settings which are user to click on All Day or Continuous Event?

    Can there be 2 options added to the general settings in which we can allow or disable the ability for internal users to click on 'All Day' and 'Continuous' when scheduling? This would be such a great feature and would prevent tons of calls saying they aren't able to submit their event if they are just the user.

  10. Ability to see events that are within a designated time frame to the event being requested to catch potential conflicts

    When booking or approving an event it would be helpful to be able to see other events happening that same day or within a certain time frame (without having to scroll through many screens). We had a situation where we have a large wedding scheduled in the main building and a women's event being requested for a different building. Technically not a conflict because of space but could be a huge conflict for the facilities team on a Saturday night.

  11. Customized iCal Link

    I send my calendar to google calendar using ical. But it shows up as WO#3 and says the location and description. It would be great to be able to change what is sent over. For example, to be able to send space instead of the location. Or the equipment or service category instead of WO#3.

  12. Ability to access vendors info from app and directly call or email them from the app.

    I would love to be able to pull up a list of vendors from my app and call them or email them from there. Also, in the work order to be able to follow the vendor from the work order to their information to directly contact them.

  14. automated emailed reports with daily events

    Coming from EMS, we are used to the ability to schedule automated emailed reports to various staff members that include either daily activity or notes for custodians. We would like to see the development off automated emailed reports. Thank you for your consideration

    You are reviewing the list. You get to the bottom of the first page and click on page 2 the list needs to automatically go to the top of the second page. Currently, it does not, you must click on the scroll bar to the right and drag it to the top of the page.
    This issue appears in other areas of eSpace as well.

  16. Enter acual hours multiplied by a set labor rate automatically entered into the actual labor in the items/cost section.

    It would be very helpful if the actuals hours could be used to fill in the actual hour's collum in the items/cost section by using a set labor rate.

  17. Option to make calendar Monday through Sunday.

    We use Google Calendar, basecamp, and other calendar management systems a lot and it can get confusing when looking at the monthly and weekly calendars.

  18. Print Summary Option from the dashboard

    I tend to print a lot of event summaries to keep organized about what's going on and take notes. It would be amazing if there was an option to print the summaries from the dashboard for each event instead of having to open the event then going to the "summary" tab just to click on print. Having to do that for all events can take time.

  19. Is there a way to have a pop up of 12 months instead of clicking through each individual month?

    It seems more time consuming having to manually click through each individual month versus having a pop up window with the 12 most current months for scheduling.

  20. Add documents from library when creating a Work Order

    When creating an event, you can add from the Document Library. But you can't do same when creating a Work Order...you have to create it, then locate it to open and add your documents.
