  1. can't submit events within 3 days of event

    We don't allow events to be submitted less than 3 days before the event happens. The number of days should be customer selected, but this should be an option.

  2. Combine Same Ideas when Posted Two or More Times

    This idea is to enhance this Idea Portal. Since you use voting as a gauge to consider new ideas, how about creating a way for users to recommend combining ideas when they are found to be identical or very similar to another idea? One becomes the "Idea" and others become "comments." To help in identifying the ideas to be combined, create a unique ID for each idea as part of the title.

  3. Provide a way to close or delete many work orders at once.

    From the All Work Orders page provide a way to close, complete or delete many work orders at once. The process is too slow to click in and out for each work order.

  4. Please let admins be allowed to be assigned to approval areas

    We are in need of an admin to be able to approve spaces and setup resources like tables and chairs in the same way sub-admins can be assigned to resources or services. Since we do not have someone assigned to that, the events skip the pre-approval process and Facilities does not get the chance to see them, even though they need to. Facilities is the Billing contact and the lead admin and we do not have other staff that could be in charge of approving Facilities spaces and resources.

  5. Master Profile for Event Registrants

    We have families that want to sign their (multiple) children up for (multiple) camps. It would be such a help if a family could create a master profile ONE TIME that would include address, phone, email, emergency contact, insurance info, children's names and ages, t-shirt sizes, etc etc. THEN, to register for camps, they simply log into their master profile, and select the camp(s) they want to enroll their child(ren) in by clicking just a couple of buttons and BAM the system totals the amount due and they pay. Asking a mom to re-enter all that information for every child…

  7. Integrating eSpace events to Google Cal - send Public URL not eSpace URL.

    Currently, when integrating eSpace events to Google Calendar, the Public URL is not sent, but rather the eSpace URL is, which allows the public to access eSpace app if clicked on.

    Would rather have Public URL passed Google Event or left blank if no Public URL.

  8. Upload Attachment to Form

    We would like to use the work orders flow to submit money requisition forms. At the end of the form, we'd like to be able to upload the image/pdf of the receipt in order to attach it to and submit the form.

  11. Work Order description - at least first line - on email notification would really help

    Work order/task email notifications: if you have a standard task, but may be assigned it from multiple work orders...it is VERY difficult to not view the emails as spam since they look like repeats and no one remembers a #. Can you all please add the WO Description - even an abbreviated one - to the email? Seeing a "change light bulb" email task 5 times makes more sense when each one has room x, room y, or room z from the description.

  12. Schedule names export to Google calendar

    We are using the Schedules feature to to more event "scripting" - it would be great if the Schedule names would export to the Google calendar along with the event name. So Google would show Smith/Jones: Ceremony and Smith/Jones: Rehearsal.

  13. Spaces restricted to certain users

    We have certain rooms that aren't schedulable by everybody but will be schedulable by the specific ministry they're contained to. If this ministry wants a setup from our facilities team for this room, they currently have to make notes on resources instead of the space that isn't an option. Can we make spaces restricted to certain users so they can still request set-up?

  14. Ability to set a DEFAULT calendar view

    I would love to have the ability to set a default calendar view. I generally use the Daily Item Scheduler -> Spaces view. It's the easiest to look at events by a room basis. It's a pain to have to load and move through all the settings to get to it every time I switch from an event to the calendar view.

  15. Invoice improvements - please show event/occurrence, notes

    It would be a huge improvement to have event and occurrence information print on both the email and pdf attachment versions of invoices. Also, the "note" option when used shows on the email version of the invoice but not on the pdf version.

  16. Cash and Check invoice payments

    It would really be helpful to have a process to apply cash or check payments to outstanding invoices and then send "paid" invoices to room rental orgs. Most of our room rental organizations pay by check and a few by cash, so the automatic payment apply process doesn't work well for us. I have to change the invoice status to "draft", apply a "discount" and title it as "payment", make the invoice "outstanding" again to send it to the organization with the payment showing as applied, then change it to paid. Thank you for considering a cash or check payment…

  19. Public Form users should be able to select more than one date for a multi-day event.

    Currently, the Public Event submission form only allows for a single day selection.

  20. Add a warning when users enter a continuous event (by entering the Event End Date/Time not the same as the Event Start Date/Time)

    Because users can enter a date (under Event End Date/Time) many 24 hour period days beyond the Event Start Date/Time AND because intuitively users see this as how they enter a recurrence (since that is not addressed until after), it would help if when they enter a date that is different from the Event Start Date/Time, then a warning would pop up telling them "By entering your Event End Date/Time different from Event Start Date/Time, you are making your event continuously booked for 24 hour periods. If you are wanting to enter a recurrence, that will be entered below."
