  1. Reports - Room Cards

    Under Reports - Room Cards - I would love to be able to sort by the space. I like this report for our services departments but think that it might be even more helpful or easier to locate the space on the report if it were sorted in order. Also, I copy/paste to word so that it is continuous back to back instead of each space on a separate sheet of paper.

  2. Customizable "Upcoming Events Grid" on Dashboard

    Is there a way to create a new customizable grid on the dashboard for our “Sub-Admins” which would allow them to see upcoming events requiring a specific space, resource, or service request that they are directly responsible for. In other words, a grid that you can edit depending on who you are (and what you need to know) that will list all of the upcoming events that fit the specified criteria.

    For example: We have a “Sub-Admin” (Technical Director) who is in charge of our technical “service” requests, and we have a different “Sub-Admin” (Hospitality Director) who is in charge…

  4. Indicate number of attachments in the attachments tab on a Work Order.

    Also apply this to tasks, comments, etc. for quick reference. This will make it more apparent when there are any entries in these fields.

  5. Comment Character Limit

    The comment section for work orders is very limited. If you were (for instance) trying to add a comment in full detail of a piece of equipment with network issues, you run out of space before fully being able to describe efforts for repair, and having a backwards reading comment section that's supposed to be one comment is more difficult than it should be for other to navigate.

  7. Calendar Flexibility for Bulletin Printing

    Calendaring: I use an 11x17 bulletin, printed landscape, separated into 3 panels, double sided printing. The calendar view/print I need is not landscape, but portrait. Further, I need to be able to “edit” what we copy and paste into the bulletin. Example: The SPR (Personnel) meetings ARE NOT opened to congregational participation. While I need the space booked and need history of meetings, I would not want it to appear on the calendar I print in the bulletin.

  8. Disable Feature for Portal Users

    For our public work order requestors/portal users, it would be great to disable the option of setting the priority from their end. Most users feel their request is urgent. Since all requests are reviewed, yes we can change it, but it would be nice for them not to have the option at all. The expectation is set that the priority will be determined upon review, not upon their own opinion. :)

  11. Get rid of all the "next" screens in Scheduling

    It would be nice, when scheduling, to be able to scroll quickly down through the resources, instead of having to push "next" repeatedly for items I will not be using.

  12. Can you look at moving the "All Spaces" slide button away from the "+" as it makes it real easy for our staff to fat finger the app and clic

    We are getting a lot of work orders with every room in the campus selected because it's too easy to do so.

  13. approval area

    When approving requests on the "Availability" page, I would like to hide all the requests for approval that are outside of my "Approval Area".

    In other words, when somebody is setting up an event and is requesting resources from various departments, I would like to hide the requests directed at the other departments so I only see the requests for resources in my department that I have responsibility for.

  14. Reminders when setting up an event

    As an admin, it would be helpful to receive an email alert when scheduling a reminder - as opposed to relying on the Reminder side bar to keep track of.

  18. Direct Link to Daily/Weekly Space Scheduler

    When using Weekly Space Scheduler, saving an event sends me back to calendar. I would like an option to go back directly to space scheduler.

  19. Combine Resources with Equipment for Bundled Clients

    As a client that uses all three modules, it would be nice if we can load all equipment, whether it's an HVAC unit or a chair to equipment and be able to check-mark whether that piece of equipment is a resource. This way we are not having to duplicate entries. Right now if I want to have chairs available as a resource for the Event Scheduler Module I can input/import them, but if I want that item to be able to be used on the Task Management or Life Cycle Module, I need to input/import that item a second time.
