    Would like to add another box for Upcoming Event and that's where we can post details about their date pacific event that say for instants the cost for that event and what band is playing etc.

  2. In regards to checking the status of Online Event Requests, it needs a distinction in the Final Approved Status and the Pre-Approved status.

    Would be great if, when people return to their online event request form to check the status if it indicated a difference between Pre-Approved (which is not necessarily a guaranteed "yes") and Final Approved which provides certainty to their event happening in our facility. People outside of our organization don't know that there are levels of approval which leads to confusion.

  4. Room Scheduling Display

    Create a function of the espace app that allows it to be in "Room Scheduling Display" mode where we can mount an ipad/tablet next to the room and it will show the current and upcoming availability of that room. Would also allow you to view more details with a pin code, and allow you to request an ad-hoc meeting

  5. "Public" column on closure overview screen is not intuitively connected to "Create Calendar Label" when adding a closure

    We created closures for our 2019 holidays. When they didn't appear on the espace calendar, we knew we missed checking a box.

    On the Closure overview screen, there is a column for "Public" but when editing the closure didn't see a checkbox called "public".

    We discovered that "create calendar label" when editing the closure equals "public" on the overview page.

    My recommendation is to add the word "Public" after "Create Calendar label" to make it move obvious. Thanks!

  9. New Dashboard Tab

    On the Dashboard have a tab that lists all of the reservations that you make in one day. There are days when I make many reservations and at times there are adjustments that need to be made. This would be very helpful instead of either going to the calendar to find the reservation or going to Events to search for the event.

  11. public notes vs event description

    We really need a better description of these two. Many users fill out the Event Description and not the Public Notes. Perhaps just a note next to Event Description that says this information is not public please use Public Notes.

  12. Manage Entouch Stats - list filter needs to hold after editing a thermostat

    When on the Manage Entouch Stats page if you filter the list and then select a stat to edit spaces, when you return to the grid the list is no longer filtered. Every time I edit a stat, I have to refilter the list to find the next stat.

  13. Internal Comments

    Not every comment I make is intended for the user who created the ticket. Example: creating a comment so my manager knows that I sent a follow-up email to the user. Could you create either a separate field for Internal & External comments or a check box to toggle sending the comment as an email?

  14. Reoccurring work orders that send email when has been completed.

    In the work order add the feature to allow the same thing to happen same time each week. Email is sent that it is completed.

  15. Page numbers at the top

    It would be great to have the page numbers (when looking at an event with multiple dates) on the top of the page as well as the bottom.

  16. Allow sub admin to add a reminder for an event

    As a Sub Admin i would like to be able to add reminders for my approval area and not rely on the event editor to add the reminder for me.

  18. Ability to edit public notes for each occasion or date

    We would like to be able to put more information into the public notes area that would be specific to the dates but would change over time (book club book, topic of bible study). Still have public notes at the beginning so that it would populate for each occurrance but then the ability to edit the occurrance and ADD details

  20. Remove "on hold" work order from the "all work orders in progress" dashboard

    Love the addition of "on hold" work orders and a seperate table for those in the dashboard. Would love to see those work order not show up in the "in progress" table though as typically an on-hold work order is not active, whether waiting for parts, budget, or other circumstances to allow work to continue.
