  2. Reoccurring PM - Add ability to specify the number of days/weeks/months between occurrences.

    When creating a PM there is currently an option to select the frequency but this is a very limited list of options rather then an ability to specify the number of days/weeks/months between occurrences. For example: under the current configuration I am unable to create a PM that will reoccur every 4 months.

  5. Form used for approval

    The form/report emailed to a Contact or Event Editor needs to be modified so that it is on one page similar to the form/report emailed to the event approver.

    We would like to be able require that a response to a question fall into certain parameters (say an age bracket) before the applicant can continue with the registration to help prevent children being outside of a specified age requirement.

  7. Forms under events would auto fill with the DATE of the event

    Many events have multiple forms for food services, Video support, security, etc. it would be great that some of the fields that address the date and times would auto fill. you have to include them so that the person over that area has the info when they print out or look just at the form. right now the person submitting has to put in the event name, date, times on each form. Auto fill would really HELP!

  8. QR code for portal

    I think that a mobile app for the work order portal would be cool. Further, each space could have a menu of QR codes posted on the wall. The QR code would take the place of manually identifying the item, picking a space, picking a service request, etc.

    We would like to have a role/workflow available for approving events that are requesting to be made "public". Our communications department wants to ensure that events that make their way to the public calendar follow certain guidelines and appropriately communicate the event.

  13. Reports when printing out content is too small

    Having issues with printing reports. The format is a little weird when exporting to a PDF. One of my documents has portrait on page one then it goes landscape page 2, etc... The font size and info depending on the page can be microscopic. Is there a way to help with just a standard size when pulling a PDF report. Even with the option to chose between portrait and landscape it does not auto adjust to the margins. Help!

  14. New module build?

    A way to manage crew for event set up / housekeeping with different availability into event calendar, we do this on Excel now and it takes about a day and a half. I have no idea how this would work, but I imagine it like restaurant software if you did catering.
    how to plug part time people with different schedules into different tasks in different times and places on calendar.

  17. Remarks/Comments on the initial scheduling request?

    Is there a place that we can write remarks or comments in the initial scheduling process? I know there is a note section under the setup configuration tab and there are conversations. But these comments would be only for the Admins to view.

    Is there a way that if we have usernames with emails already added that we can just pull/import those contacts from that list that already exists instead of having to manually type in the email a second time for the organizational contacts again?

  20. Create Work Order/add tasks Based on Form Questions

    When scheduling an even in the event scheduler, I'd like to be able to create multiple work orders and add tasks to those work order based on form questions and on options selected in the event. For example, if the requester chooses that the event will be in a certain building, I would like it to add a work order for Security to unlock that building at a certain time as well as a work order for Housekeeping to do the room setup.
