Public Request Work Order: Portal User can Edit and Comment
When a Public Request Work Order is approved and/or assigned....it would be great to have the requestor have the ability to comment on the ticket and see a "Comment logo" on the there ticket ( just like in admin or end-suer settings).
Allowing the portal user to login and see "submitted work orders" than be able to edit information by COMMENTING to PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO. This would allow more transparency of information to the requestor and end user. This would be great!
