Yes, this would be very helpful! It would essentially be a vendor management tool that would allow you to monitor their contracts, service terms, and track the quality of their service visits. At the moment my notes are written on the actual service invoice, but I'd love for them to be attached to a work order, or vendor entry within eSpace!!
The vendor "notes" would include hourly minimums, truck fees, do they charge windshield times, were they on time, were they nice, attentive, cleanly, etc. Need some type of vendor management tool that would allow me to compare one vendor with another. If I have a few different electricians, or plumbers, then it would be helpful to be able to compare them. Also, to be able to see a service history for each vendor would be nice.
