portal users comments
I would like to see the ability for a Portal User to respond to comments within a WO. Right now they simply get emails and have to respond accordingly.
An embedded chat application would be an even better upgrade.

Agreed. I would suggest that the option to "Notify Requester" be added to each comment made so that if the Assignee has a question for either their Supervisor or the Requester he can decide who will be notified about that comment/question
