The one thing we are really looking for is something that can handle events like Youth Camps etc..
We need to show the church member the total for the camp like $250.
Have them do a $50 deposit.
Have the ability for the church member to see their balance and make additional payments.
For the staff to add in a manual payment that was given through another means
We would also need a report that would list the parents, the Childs name the total due, payments made and the balance still owed.

When we used EventU people were able to create a profile and log in to see their past registrations & upcoming registrations. They were able to add family members and their information, which could be pulled from a dropdown menu during the registration process for an event, when that individuals name from their profile was selected, their information automatically populated in the registration. When you have multiple people in your family it was a nice time-saver! Something like that would be handy for events with payment options as well. They could log in, click on their family members name and look at their past "event registrations" to see what they'd already paid. As eSpace is set up now, we do a registration with the deposit amount, then use the "Schedule" option to set up the additional payments needed, but I still have to email everyone individually each month reminding them of their next payment due and include what they have already paid and what balance still remains. TBH I would probably still do that but parents really liked the option of being able to see it for themselves as well.
