  1. Event Details - tab contents need to be viewable by ALL users

    At this time, only the created-by person and admins have the permissions to see this tab. Other users need to be able to see the contents of this tab, such as the event description and/or public notes. All info on this tab is needed to be seen by all users, especially sub approvers.   2. Assigning an external vendor to a work order... but NO automatic email or notification.

    The option to be able to assign an external vendor to a work order but have it NOT automatically send them an email or notification.

  3. "Setup Complete" Indicator

    Our custodial setup team uses a tablet to view setups. It would be awesome if there was a way that the custodian could indicate on the Event Setup page that the room setup has been completed. Either by selecting a button at the bottom of the page that says "Setup Complete" and/or by a button beside EVENT SETUP under the EVENTS Dashboard tab. This would help with the times that someone needs to make a change to an upcoming event that has already been set or if someone is needing access to the room to decorate, etc. It would also…

  4. Ability to format Room Cards.

    It would be so helpful to be able to format the Room Cards to allow them to work for everyone's style/size of room card holder. The ability to change the margins and spacing would be great. It would also be really nice to have the option of the times on the sign to be either the event start/end time OR the setup/teardown time.

  5. Make hours of completion optional.

    We have tasks that we do not care how long it takes to complete. We just want to know that the task was completed. I now have to make 5 extra clicks that used to only take me 1 click.

  6. can't submit events within 3 days of event

    We don't allow events to be submitted less than 3 days before the event happens. The number of days should be customer selected, but this should be an option.

  7. Bulk Work order operations: Apply changes to multiple work orders, merge, move, delete.

    We frequently receive duplicate work orders from the same person or several work orders about the same problem from multiple people. We would like the ability to select several work orders and perform a bulk operation: Assign to X, Merge into one work order, Delete.

  8. Revert to Draft - add this button to all details screens

    The Revert to Draft button is visible on the Details page of an event IF an event is approved, but not visible if the event is partially approved or pending pre-approval.

    I would like to suggest that the Revert to Draft button be available on every Details page instead of just the details screen of events the are approved.

    Why? Because sometimes people want the time and room of their event approved, but don't yet have all the details. It would be handy to be able to easily revert to draft an event that has been through preapproval but doesn't…

  9. When running a report, having the option to select which form we would like to see.

    I have to run a report for my childcare director. When I run that report, I can select forms on the bottom of the page, but it doesn't allow me to check which form I need. This means after running the report, I have to go through all the other forms we use in order to get what I need.

  10. Work Order description - at least first line - on email notification would really help

    Work order/task email notifications: if you have a standard task, but may be assigned it from multiple work orders...it is VERY difficult to not view the emails as spam since they look like repeats and no one remembers a #. Can you all please add the WO Description - even an abbreviated one - to the email? Seeing a "change light bulb" email task 5 times makes more sense when each one has room x, room y, or room z from the description.

  11. Spaces restricted to certain users

    We have certain rooms that aren't schedulable by everybody but will be schedulable by the specific ministry they're contained to. If this ministry wants a setup from our facilities team for this room, they currently have to make notes on resources instead of the space that isn't an option. Can we make spaces restricted to certain users so they can still request set-up?

  12. PM pulls from Task Group

    We are using the PM function to schedule a weekly list of tasks. It was originally generated from a Task Group list under the settings tab. It currently regenerates from the original list. The list has been edited since the creation of the PM. It would be great if the PM would pull from the updated Task Group so we didn't have to edit both the Task Group and PM each time we needed to modify a list.

  13. Can we make the pre-approve option categorie specific.

    I do not need to pre-approve all of our events just certain categories. Many of the events on our calendar a fine going through the regular approval process. We have one category that it would be helpful if we could have a pre-approval process

  14. Edit Option for Registration Setup Page

    It would help our organization if there was a way to edit First Name and Last Name that appear at the beginning of the Registration Setup page. We would like to be able to add Student to each because later we add a line for Parent/Guardian Name.

  15. Item Scheduler

    Select what type of viewing upper right and select weekly item scheduler from drop down select spaces and from their the next page will come up with you will upper left corner Event date: select calendar icon and from the drop down I would like to be able to hover over the month which a hand icon appears and click and the next page would be to select what month and then you can select the date you would like for an event.

  16. Display Parent space when all Child spaces are selected

    Currently when a Parent space is selected for a Work Order, the Dashboard displays ALL of the Child spaces in the Spaces column which clutters up the Dashboard. It would be nice to only see the Parent space listed if all of it's Child spaces are selected.

  17. Lock out a request for services within a timeframe of the event

    When ministries request services like childcare or security, we need to plan ahead. We need to be able to prevent them from requesting services within a timeframe (i.e. 30 days advance notice) so the event requires proper planning.

  19. Ability to set a DEFAULT calendar view

    I would love to have the ability to set a default calendar view. I generally use the Daily Item Scheduler -> Spaces view. It's the easiest to look at events by a room basis. It's a pain to have to load and move through all the settings to get to it every time I switch from an event to the calendar view.
