Work Order Management

  1. Ability to format Room Cards.

    It would be so helpful to be able to format the Room Cards to allow them to work for everyone's style/size of room card holder. The ability to change the margins and spacing would be great. It would also be really nice to have the option of the times on the sign to be either the event start/end time OR the setup/teardown time.

  2. can't submit events within 3 days of event

    We don't allow events to be submitted less than 3 days before the event happens. The number of days should be customer selected, but this should be an option.

  3. Bulk Work order operations: Apply changes to multiple work orders, merge, move, delete.

    We frequently receive duplicate work orders from the same person or several work orders about the same problem from multiple people. We would like the ability to select several work orders and perform a bulk operation: Assign to X, Merge into one work order, Delete.

  4. "Setup Complete" Indicator

    Our custodial setup team uses a tablet to view setups. It would be awesome if there was a way that the custodian could indicate on the Event Setup page that the room setup has been completed. Either by selecting a button at the bottom of the page that says "Setup Complete" and/or by a button beside EVENT SETUP under the EVENTS Dashboard tab. This would help with the times that someone needs to make a change to an upcoming event that has already been set or if someone is needing access to the room to decorate, etc. It would also…

  5. Spaces restricted to certain users

    We have certain rooms that aren't schedulable by everybody but will be schedulable by the specific ministry they're contained to. If this ministry wants a setup from our facilities team for this room, they currently have to make notes on resources instead of the space that isn't an option. Can we make spaces restricted to certain users so they can still request set-up?

  7. Display Parent space when all Child spaces are selected

    Currently when a Parent space is selected for a Work Order, the Dashboard displays ALL of the Child spaces in the Spaces column which clutters up the Dashboard. It would be nice to only see the Parent space listed if all of it's Child spaces are selected.

  8. Work Order description - at least first line - on email notification would really help

    Work order/task email notifications: if you have a standard task, but may be assigned it from multiple work orders...it is VERY difficult to not view the emails as spam since they look like repeats and no one remembers a #. Can you all please add the WO Description - even an abbreviated one - to the email? Seeing a "change light bulb" email task 5 times makes more sense when each one has room x, room y, or room z from the description.

  9. PM pulls from Task Group

    We are using the PM function to schedule a weekly list of tasks. It was originally generated from a Task Group list under the settings tab. It currently regenerates from the original list. The list has been edited since the creation of the PM. It would be great if the PM would pull from the updated Task Group so we didn't have to edit both the Task Group and PM each time we needed to modify a list.

  10. Please let admins be allowed to be assigned to approval areas

    We are in need of an admin to be able to approve spaces and setup resources like tables and chairs in the same way sub-admins can be assigned to resources or services. Since we do not have someone assigned to that, the events skip the pre-approval process and Facilities does not get the chance to see them, even though they need to. Facilities is the Billing contact and the lead admin and we do not have other staff that could be in charge of approving Facilities spaces and resources.

  11. Being able to print a ticket from the registration list

    We live in a retiree community so many people do not have printers or their printers are just not working. We are having them send their email confirmation to us and we print the tickets for them, however even that has been difficult trying to show them how to find their confirmation. It would be easy if we could print/reprint tickets from the registration list.

  12. Put a search bar in the registration list so you can easily find someone's name

    We currently are not using scanners so when people call and say they registered 6 times or they need their registration deleted, we have to search all 650 names in order to find their's. It would be great if we could search by name in the registration list for ticets

    Event Schedule & WOM modules need different colored themes.

    I often flip back and forth between both modules and everything looks the same!... it takes a few seconds for me to figure out which module Im on :)

    It would be cool if header/sidebar was a different color so you could QUICKLY realize which module you are on.

  14. Map of Facilities on Work Order Creation

    When creating a work order, can we have a section that would not only have the spaces you can choose but a spot to see a map of the facility you're choosing spaces for? It would be nice to know EXACTLY which space I saw the issue/problem in. I feel like it would cause less confusion in trying to explain which bathroom it was that you saw the towel dispenser out of paper towels, etc. I created a file for our staff to see this information, but I don't want them to have to go outside of eSPACE to see…

  15. Contact Notifications

    I would like to see notification options for contacts. Ideally, have an option to notify/email the contact when the event is submitted/approved but have the option to NOT notify the contact when the event is only edited!

  16. Option to require a resource be selected in items

    It would be nice to have the option to require a resource to be selected for each event. People are skipping this and the crew doesn't know what to do.

  19. Work Order Portal and App Allow Assignment to a Department

    Currently, entering a Work order using the portal or the app results in a work order sitting in "New Work Orders. The Department only serves to constrain the list of Service Categories displayed and does not functionally facilitate the movement of the work order towards the person who can fulfill it. Adding an Assignment field - at least to a Department, would keep work orders entered via portal or app from sitting in a generic pool that can't even be sorted by Service Category, meaning everyone would have to scan through all "New Work Orders" to see what applies to…

  20. Services | Email Person in Charge of Service

    While adding a "Service" request to an event, it would be AMAZING if a contact/user could be linked to that service. For instance, if an event requests the "Service" "Media Training" for their event, I would like our media trainer to be automatically linked to that service so they receive an email (as a contact receives an email) that it has been inputted! This way it immediately goes into their inbox and they see they have been requested for an event!! This would tremendously help how our church functions, and it would help with efficiency greatly!
