  1. CLOSE ALL TAB for Work Order's

    Can we have a "CLOSE ALL" or be able to select multiple work orders to CLOSE out or COMPLETE.

    Just streamlining the process here :)

    format to be similar to your gmail and how you are able to select, delete, archive etc.

  2. Assign equipment to multiple spaces

    We have equipment that resides in multiple spaces (fire extinguishers, wifi access points, etc.) and I want to assign that equipment to more than one space and not make multiple pieces of equipment for the same type.

    Service Category is not transferring over when equipment list is exported to Excel Spreadsheet.

  4. Is there a way to have a pop up of 12 months instead of clicking through each individual month?

    It seems more time consuming having to manually click through each individual month versus having a pop up window with the 12 most current months for scheduling.

  6. Remove check box next to unschedulable parent space.

    If a parent space is marked as not able to be scheduled then remove the check box next to it in the list of spaces.

  8. Typo on WOMS dashboard settings page

    One of the column headers on the WOMS dashboard settings page (https://app.espace.cool/Woms/DashboardSettings) is labeled: "# of pages". When editing each individual line (e.g. "New Work Orders") the editable field "Rows per Page" corresponds to the "# of pages" column on the settings summary page. The incorrect column header on the WOMS dashboard settings summary page causes confusion for the user. Please update the name of the "# of pages" column header to read: "Rows per page" to accurately reflect the information shown. Thanks!

  9. QR code for portal

    I think that a mobile app for the work order portal would be cool. Further, each space could have a menu of QR codes posted on the wall. The QR code would take the place of manually identifying the item, picking a space, picking a service request, etc.

  10. registration form

    The registration is ticket centric. With our school we require custodial information that may or may not be attending. Being able to capture contact information on the main registration screen without having to pick a ticket would be very helpful. We are having to print dummy tickets with a ticket tier of "Not Attending". The first screen populates the billing section also and we don't want students name pre-populating.

  11. Contact information in the espace app

    Could you please add the Contacts name, phone and email to display in the eSpace app so our facilities staff can contact the person in charge of the event when necessary?

  12. Can there be an increase of character limits for the Company field when added from the Settings?

    Can there be an increase of character limits or no limits at all when entering in the field 'Company' when entering contacts under the Advanced Settings?

    It's weird when you are adding a new contact under section when selecting a contact for an event that there isn't a limit to characters for 'Company'.

  13. Customized iCal Link

    I send my calendar to google calendar using ical. But it shows up as WO#3 and says the location and description. It would be great to be able to change what is sent over. For example, to be able to send space instead of the location. Or the equipment or service category instead of WO#3.

  14. Can we create a “checklist” for a completed event? This might be for a team to check the state & return of all resources.

    When an event is completed, would there be able to be an option to generate a form to use as a checklist when returning the equipment & checking the status of rooms?

  16. work orders in chronological order

    When looking at the calendar view in the WOM system, the work orders are not in sequential order. For instance, we may have 15 work orders/setups for events on Sundays, but we have to click on each one individually to see what time the event is because they are not in order of time of occurrence. This is quite frustrating and time consuming for our team.

  17. History Tab

    Could there be more details provided in the history tab. Currently if something is changed it just says time/occurrence change. Trying to see if there can be more detail adds such as: date changed to new date, original time changed to new time, etc...

  18. Add documents from library when creating a Work Order

    When creating an event, you can add from the Document Library. But you can't do same when creating a Work Order...you have to create it, then locate it to open and add your documents.

  19. Allow non-admins to add calendar labels.

    I need to have someone on my team (non-admin) add calendar labels. Right now, I'm the only one who can do it.

  20. User List on Event Side: export user list with all permissions

    Ability to export user list with some information would be helpful. Columns would include location permissions, status (Admin/User etc)
