    To be able to type in the Details tab change to the Tasks tab and save there instead of having to save in every tab. To have the Save work across all tabs.

  2. Right click drop down feature - to delete/cancel event

    in the grid view of the events page (Events -> Item Scheduler, will bring you to that view) I'd like to have a right click feature on events to be able to quickly cancel/drop a document/change the time without having to click and go into the full event itself. A follow up "are you sure?" kind of message will pop up and prevent from mishaps. Thanks!

  4. Ability to run a report by a range. for example, run a report for events that are execting between X and Y number of people

    Create conditions for some of the report field. For example, run a report with events that have between X and Y number of people. This helps instead of running a report and then having to manipulate in excel.

  5. Military hours

    People do not pay attention whether it is AM meeting or PM meeting when they submit event requests. Our administrators sometimes need to send to them emails to ensure about whether it is going to happen in the morning or in the evening. Military hours would help to resolve that problem.

  6. Calendar - filter colors based on options

    It would be nice to be able to change the calendar color - currently reflecting the approval status (a lot of green) - so one could choose to re-color based on Location or Approval Status.

  7. Can there be a second option to click only show the closure category color for the public calendar?

    On the public calendar settings there is an option to show all category colors. Is it possible to have a second option to pick only show closure category color? It would be very helpful. Please help!!

  8. Can we make the pre-approve option categorie specific.

    I do not need to pre-approve all of our events just certain categories. Many of the events on our calendar a fine going through the regular approval process. We have one category that it would be helpful if we could have a pre-approval process

  9. Edit Option for Registration Setup Page

    It would help our organization if there was a way to edit First Name and Last Name that appear at the beginning of the Registration Setup page. We would like to be able to add Student to each because later we add a line for Parent/Guardian Name.

  10. Item Scheduler

    Select what type of viewing upper right and select weekly item scheduler from drop down select spaces and from their the next page will come up with you will upper left corner Event date: select calendar icon and from the drop down I would like to be able to hover over the month which a hand icon appears and click and the next page would be to select what month and then you can select the date you would like for an event.

  12. Ability to set a DEFAULT calendar view

    I would love to have the ability to set a default calendar view. I generally use the Daily Item Scheduler -> Spaces view. It's the easiest to look at events by a room basis. It's a pain to have to load and move through all the settings to get to it every time I switch from an event to the calendar view.

  14. Option for a notes box in the resources list/page.

    It would be nice to have the option to add a notes text box on the resource page for out of the ordinary instructions.

  15. Allow a setting so that changed events don't "fall off" the feed

    Please add a setting so that events that are changed and go back through the preapproval process do not fall off the export events feeds. We get backlash because they are no longer visible on our calendar. Thank you.

  16. Create a form within Form Builder, attach it to a service category, and have an option to have it populate within the work order or PM.

    Create a form within Form Builder, attach it to a service category, and have an option to have it populate within the work order or PM, requiring users to fill in the fields on the form. Also creating a way to create a report using Report Builder to see the answers to those questions from the form.

  17. Use same room more than once a day.

    For example, I have an event from 10-11am in a room that I also need the room for on 9-10am. It won't let me book the room from 9-10 because it's booked already for 10-11am.

    Weekly option for calendar display (Public Calendar) This would allow for a listing of specific events for a particular category (ministry) to be placed on that ministry's specific web page. Currently can filter by category but only have monthly or daily option.

  19. Allow non-admins to add calendar labels.

    I need to have someone on my team (non-admin) add calendar labels. Right now, I'm the only one who can do it.

  20. Automatically Adding All Department Members to a New Conversation

    It would be helpful to have an option that would allow everyone in a department to automatically be added to a "Conversation" on a work order assigned to that department as soon as that conversation is created. This would save time on having to manually add everyone in the department to each new conversation, and allow for us to receive email notifications sooner as well as be able to participate in the conversation immediately.
