  3. Filtering Issues

    Is there a way once you choose a filter for it not to reset until you manually click clear filter? It really is a pain to keep having to re-filter after clicking on an event to change within that specified filter.

  5. Is it possible to figure out a way to assign a category to individual users?

    Currently we are using categories as our organizations/ministries. Is there a way for us to make a specific category a default for certain individuals when they sign in?

  6. User List on Event side: add column that shows location permissions

    When looking at the LIST of users, it would be helpful to see what locations they have permissions for so one does not have to enter each user's record to see that information.

  7. Better Equipment Page Sorting and Exporting

    When viewing equipment page, I am unable to sort and filter in a useful manner. Because multiple departments use this I have roughly 15 service categories. The current filter option makes it impossible to select multiple categories to view at one time. I should be able to have a drop down like excel where I can select a single category or multiple service categories.

    What compounds this issue is the fact that I have to go into settings/equipment to export the information. So please add exporting on the equipment page.

  8. Typo on WOMS dashboard settings page

    One of the column headers on the WOMS dashboard settings page (https://app.espace.cool/Woms/DashboardSettings) is labeled: "# of pages". When editing each individual line (e.g. "New Work Orders") the editable field "Rows per Page" corresponds to the "# of pages" column on the settings summary page. The incorrect column header on the WOMS dashboard settings summary page causes confusion for the user. Please update the name of the "# of pages" column header to read: "Rows per page" to accurately reflect the information shown. Thanks!

  9. Ability for non-Sub-Admin user to re-assign tasks

    Right now, if you don't want to give more power than necessary to a user, but you would like them to be able to assign a task (one they were assigned) down the line, you can't. They have to be admin level. The "Can Transfer Work" simply allows the user to select a different service category.

    I would like to be able to set up a reminder AFTER an event to to post attendance, clean up, etc.

  11. Add Barcode Scanning for taking and adding inventory in and out

    Barcode scanning. If I keep track of my inventory on space, id like to be able to scan a product (for example, if we have 25 rolls of toilet tissue in stock, and our custodian needs to replace 5 rolls on a dispenser, they can go in and scan a QR code or barcode and enter the amount they are taking out and it keeps track of the inventory and add or subtracts.

  12. Cancel the override function for business with only one location

    We have one location with multiple rooms, spaces so the "override" is useless and only confuses those using the public calendar. If I disable the location, the our location is listed on EVERY SINGLE EVENT!

  15. Event Setup Report - Show Occurrences

    The Event Setup Report does not list any Availability / Occurrences info.
    Likewise, the Print Summary report shows the spaces and Upcoming Occurrences, but does not show the Form questions and answers content.
    I'd like just 1 Tab / Button to make a report showing both - all the pertinent event info.

  17. Work Order - Grouping

    just an idea - is it possible in the work order management module to group together work orders that for the same area and job for example Room A - Flashing Light so instead of having several jobs and accepting them all or declining them can become one work order so can reply to everyone straight away.

  19. Can we create a “checklist” for a completed event? This might be for a team to check the state & return of all resources.

    When an event is completed, would there be able to be an option to generate a form to use as a checklist when returning the equipment & checking the status of rooms?

    just a general idea, i am the facilities manager of a church in Sheffield England and we are highly likely going to be using the work order management system in our church for facilities work,

    My Idea/issues we have found looking into the system is for certain requests we need a pre approval from a Department Head as some of the cost would affect the department requesting the works so if a Work related question from a certain category could trigger this which send it to a department head and then through to the facilities has final approval for…
