  1. Public event request forms with recurring events & closures/conflicts

    Make public request forms more intuitive for external groups when there are conflicts and/or closures set.

    It an outside group tries to schedule a recurring event when there are closures set and/or conflicts there is not a system in place for them to remove those specific dates that conflict or are unavailable.

    Guest should be able to adjust availability (rooms, dates) just like users can so that they can submit their recurring events while respecting the closures or conflicts that may exist.

    The closures maybe the system should automatically remove those dates from their request and let them know that…

  2. Add Auto-Notification options in settings for Admins to use to notify Event Owners of their upcoming event occurrence.

    Please add "auto-notification" options under settings where system admins can create a rule where event owners will be notified X amount of days before their event happens so they can make final adjustments.
    We often create events and submit them 8+ months out and Users forget to make final updates to their events in eSpace due to the timing. This creates an issue for our set-up team or service providers. Ex- an admin assistant says 30 people will attend a dinner event but only 12 will be there.   3. Minimize website upkeep: Allow us to link to a subset of events from our espace calendar

    We would like a way to use a general ministry description on our website, that would have a permalink to espace that would lead to a filtered calendar with upcoming events for that ministry. The website could say for example, "“The quilting ministry is an opportunity to build community, engage in the art of quilting, and use this art to serve members of our community.   5. Keep the "Find a space" option in Condensed Navigation Mode

    The "find a space" option completely disappears from the options on the left when we select condensed navigation mode. It would be helpful if it was available as a drop down or as a button elsewhere.

  6. When copying an event, either "blank out" any attached forms or require resubmission of the form

    We use custom forms attached to specific services/approval areas so when the event requester selects a particular service the form is required to be completed.

    When an event is copied, the form is copied "completed" so the requester isn't alerted to fill it out again or even check it.

    I'd like to request that either the forms are "blanked out" when the event is copied or, and probably better, keep the form info but require the person to open and resubmit it. Thanks!

  9. Conversations Red Bubble

    When a conversation is started, for the red bubble to show-up on the dashboard. Currently, the bubble only shows up if someone replies to the conversation. It would be nice to show-up when the conversation is started.

  10. Have an automatic generation of resources set to configurations

    If I have a configuration which requires a specific amount of resources, have that number of resources connected automatically to that configuration. This would remove the step for the user to add in those resources.

  11. Multilingual Event Request Forms

    We are a multilingual church. In creating an event form the default fields that have to be filled in are labeled in English. It would be great if you gave the option for users to edit the labels of the default fields so that we can create Event Request forms in multiple languages.

  12. Campus map view

    Option to load our CAD files of an aerial view of our campus with the ability to view occupied spaces or events with a day/time scroll bar at the bottom. Also, it would be helpful for those reserving spaces to see the actual space they would like to reserve and ability to select the space they are reserving. This could also translate to the work order management portal.

    I would like to be able to Filter on the upcoming events dashboard. As an admin I see everything, which is great for somethings that I do, but when I need to narrow it down to exactly what my department handles it sometimes gets a little difficult to navigate.

  14. use schedule Name for infospace not 'event name - schedule name' for overrides

    I'd like to suggest that if there are two schedules for an event, that infospace display the schedule name for the "added schedule" and not the event name - schedule name.

    For example, we had a recurring series where we did an override on one occurrence to update a service. It appeared that infospace was going to display Converge - Converge-A-Palooza instead of just the schedule name of Converge-A-Palooza.

    We are planning a conference this summer, and assumed we'd use schedules, but I don't want infospace to say "Conference - Break Out Session" - just the breakout session schedule name…

    Option in reports to select an item/resource/service to exclude from the report. So if I want a report on all resources except for the one I would select.

  17. Add Event Editor to Event Transfer as an Option

    Within the existing area under menu option, Events, Event Actions, Transfer Events, add the option to add a new Editor to a list of events.

    Scenario: the Owner is on an extended leave and the replacement needs access to maintain the existing events. Owner will return and need to maintain access, but someone else needs to setup for a time.

    It may be helpful to see space tags on the calendar views (agenda, daily item scheduler, day, etc.) to identify spaces and areas that have tags when looking at a calendar view. Thank you for your consideration.

    When in the conversations it would be nice to have the ability to search keywords. Also the ability to highlight key information. This would be beneficial when the conversation is long it creates a quick reference for the facilities team.
