  1. Ability to open the .jpg image within the mobile app

    The ability for my event crew to see the set-up diagram within the mobile app would save a tremendous amount of time. Right now the .jpg file is so tiny on a mobile device it is difficult to see the details of the diagram.

  2. Give us the ability to add a custom message on our confirmation emails

    We would like to include certain verbage about room use, guidelines acceptance, etc. on the email confirmation and email summary. (without having to copy and paste it into the notes section of the email summary). Please add a spot for us to do this.

  3. Have one button to approve an entire occurrence

    It would be nice for each occurrence to have an approval button so that I can approve an entire occurrence (not each resource/space/service one at a time) without approving multiple occurrences.

  5. Conditional Approval

    Have the option to approve something but only under certain conditions. For example when I approve an event conditionality I can add a note "approved only if group uses the same setup and following event." That way the terms of approval are in writing.

  6. Remember expanded groups when changing day

    Space Scheduler should remember which groups in the tree are expanded when moving between days. Currently they are either all expanded or all closed after changing the day.

  7. default setup time by space

    There is a system wide setting Begin Setup buffer that makes you leave a certain amount of time between one event and the next.
    I propose that this setting can be overridden by a required setup time setting set on the individual spaces.
    The setting in the General settings would be used unless, the space had a specific different amount of time listed.
    THEN it would go with the time for the space that has the longest setup time selected.
    This is needed because for many of our rooms we need very little turn around time as very little setup…

  8. Minimize website upkeep: Allow us to link to a subset of events from our espace calendar

    We would like a way to use a general ministry description on our website, that would have a permalink to espace that would lead to a filtered calendar with upcoming events for that ministry. The website could say for example, "“The quilting ministry is an opportunity to build community, engage in the art of quilting, and use this art to serve members of our community. Visit www.ualc.org/quilt for upcoming events” - with our website's link redirecting to a list of upcoming events for the quilt ministry from your public calendar.   9. restrict resource quantity by space

    I would like the ability in resources to list a inventoried resource once but restrict quantities by space.
    For example, if we have 5 wireless microphones but two of them can ONLY be used in the Sanctuary and the other 3 are portable. So, if I request the sanctuary I could request up to 5 mics, but in other rooms I could only request 3.

  10. Allow users to create conflicting events for only specified spaces

    It would be nice if you could tell the system to allow conflicts only for specific spaces.

    It should still show there are conflicts when scheduling an event but you could have the system set to not allow any conflicts except for certain spaces.

  11. Custom Reminder Dates

    Having the 'Custom' option when setting reminders is great. It would be wonderful to have a calendar icon for those selections, in addition to just the # of days. This way if something is due on a specific date prior to the event, you don't have to count to see how many days to enter.

  12. When copying an event, either "blank out" any attached forms or require resubmission of the form

    We use custom forms attached to specific services/approval areas so when the event requester selects a particular service the form is required to be completed.

    When an event is copied, the form is copied "completed" so the requester isn't alerted to fill it out again or even check it.

    I'd like to request that either the forms are "blanked out" when the event is copied or, and probably better, keep the form info but require the person to open and resubmit it. Thanks!

  13. Add addresses of off-site locations

    We have MANY off-site events, field trips, athletic events, etc. It would be very beneficial to have a list (name and address) of these off-site locations so that a person submitting the event could just choose this location and the address would show up on the event in our web-site. This would be extremely helpful for parents!

  14. 3rd Party Automated Communication When Events are Approved

    We have a k-12 school in our church building. We have teachers who teach 8-3:30 but then we often have church meetings in the classrooms at night and on the weekends. We would love to increase our communication with our teachers about what is happening in their rooms without making all 25+ teachers sub-admins. We would love for the software to do this automatically when an event is approved for a specific space, or send out a weekly report showing them next week's events, or whatever.   15. It would be great if we could filter the calendar and the filter would stay in place after logging out.

    Currently we can filter a calendar and the filter will stay in place while in the system, however once I log out, the filter is automatically cleared.

  16. Show what is not approved on the Dashboard for the event.

    I would like to see what is holding up the events approval in the Dashboard. Currently I see that the events has not completed its approval process. I would like to see a check mark or something notating that this service category, location, or item is approved when I hover over the event without having to open up the event to look at the availability.

  17. Ability to run a report that generates a list of changes made to existing and recurring events.

    I can run a report that shows all the new events that have been added to the software, but it doesn't catch any already existing events or specific occurrences of recurring events that have been changed. We have weekly meetings with ministry staff and our maintenance crew and as part of my agenda, I need a list of new events that we have approved AND any changes that have been made to events that are coming up.

    In Event Request builder, we need a set up day option. We only have a set up time option. We have events that are set up the day before.

  20. Can we please get "schedule" added to the Space Usage Report...and/or Set Up Notes on the Event List.

    We really need these two things on the same report, doesn't matter which one. When I create set up sheets for our facilities staff, I have to manually change the Event name to the Schedule name...more importantly, if I'm out and someone pulls the report on my behalf confusion and frustration always follow!
