  2. Pre-approval permission based on Category

    It would be great to assign a user a default category where they are able to Pre-approve events in that category only. When that user books an event in a different category, it would go through the regular process, not pre-approval.

  3. default setup time by space

    There is a system wide setting Begin Setup buffer that makes you leave a certain amount of time between one event and the next.
    I propose that this setting can be overridden by a required setup time setting set on the individual spaces.
    The setting in the General settings would be used unless, the space had a specific different amount of time listed.
    THEN it would go with the time for the space that has the longest setup time selected.
    This is needed because for many of our rooms we need very little turn around time as very little setup…

  4. restrict resource quantity by space

    I would like the ability in resources to list a inventoried resource once but restrict quantities by space.
    For example, if we have 5 wireless microphones but two of them can ONLY be used in the Sanctuary and the other 3 are portable. So, if I request the sanctuary I could request up to 5 mics, but in other rooms I could only request 3.

  6. Sub-Admin Approved Events should remain on Sub- Admins Dashboard as Approved

    When a sub-admin has a form or service to approve, the event shows up on their dashboard as pending their approval. But once they approve it, it leaves their dashboard forever. It would be great if there was an approved service or event category that would remain on the sub-admins dashboard so they have easy access to pull up the service details and also to have as a reminder of the upcoming event for their department.

  7. Custom Reminder Dates

    Having the 'Custom' option when setting reminders is great. It would be wonderful to have a calendar icon for those selections, in addition to just the # of days. This way if something is due on a specific date prior to the event, you don't have to count to see how many days to enter.

  8. Add addresses of off-site locations

    We have MANY off-site events, field trips, athletic events, etc. It would be very beneficial to have a list (name and address) of these off-site locations so that a person submitting the event could just choose this location and the address would show up on the event in our web-site. This would be extremely helpful for parents!

  9. Conditional Approval

    Have the option to approve something but only under certain conditions. For example when I approve an event conditionality I can add a note "approved only if group uses the same setup and following event." That way the terms of approval are in writing.

  10. 3rd Party Automated Communication When Events are Approved

    We have a k-12 school in our church building. We have teachers who teach 8-3:30 but then we often have church meetings in the classrooms at night and on the weekends. We would love to increase our communication with our teachers about what is happening in their rooms without making all 25+ teachers sub-admins. We would love for the software to do this automatically when an event is approved for a specific space, or send out a weekly report showing them next week's events, or whatever.   11. Event Setup Report, highlight dates so it is easier to see

    The date of the event is hard to see on the report. Could the date of the event be in a higher position and more bold with a bigger font?

  12. Full Day View Display Type for Digital Signage

    Create an additional display type for the Digital Signage module that shows all events that are occurring today. Similar to the Day view in an outlook calendar.
    For a conference room it is helpful to see what other blocks of time are in use so the walk up user can determine when in the day they can book the room for their meeting.

  14. Option to turn off green pop-up confirmations

    They interrupt the workflow and cover up useful areas of the screen — the "Add Event" button, for example. And they duplicate links and information that are already available on the same screen.

  15. During preapproval/final approval, ability to view all OTHER events happening at the same time

    ServiceU has a great feature I'd love to see in eSPACE. When an event is in the approval process, at the bottom of the screen there is a list of ALL other events that are happening on campus 2 hours before the event through 2 hours after the event. (It defaults to 2 hours, but you can also reset it to however many hours you want.) This is SO helpful when I am trying to make sure I am not approving too many back-to-back events for our custodians to handle setup for. One thing that would make it even better…

  16. Help with last minute changes to events

    Please add a feature where last minute changes to events (such as within 24 hours) are not "accepted" by the system, and / or, changes to "notes" also ping an updated email. As it is now, another admin can request a change in set up, such as in the notes, and we don't even know they did that.

  17. We would like to be able to create Tags and Categories for specific locations.

    We have several campuses and we don't all share the same Tags and Categories. It would be nice for those to be location specific as it creates confusion and long drop down lists for users to scroll through.

  18. Hover Details - Ability to select what you want to show when the hover over the calendar events

    Create a way to select what details you want to show up when you hover over the details on events when looking at the calendar (i.e. "contact" "email" "phone number" "setup image". My staff would like a way to be able to see the contact that should be called for events that are created. There are times that they need to get in contact with the person who's event it is to find out what supplies are needed or changes that need to be made.   19. Restrict a Space to a Specific User

    We have a Ministry that reserves one space that can only be used by their specific group. It would be helpful to have a way to restrict this space so it can not be reserved by anyone other than the Ministry that reserves the space.

  20. Show what is not approved on the Dashboard for the event.

    I would like to see what is holding up the events approval in the Dashboard. Currently I see that the events has not completed its approval process. I would like to see a check mark or something notating that this service category, location, or item is approved when I hover over the event without having to open up the event to look at the availability.
