Rooms being used would also show on mobile app "list box" with event name, date, time of event.
It would be awesome to be able to use the mobile app for people setting up rooms on their phone or tablet. Top help this process, showing the rooms being used on the upcoming approved event list would be helpful. The set up people could then click on the event to find the required set up, resources required, etc, etc. Would save us a lot of paper and time printing reports!
