Keep schedules and details from previous events in order to copy them to future events
With our previous calendar system we were able to copy past events when the same details were needed for a future event. This feature is extremely valuable. Right now all the details from past events and the various schedules associated with them are deleted. Also when copying events most of the details are not actually copied over to the new event. Would love to be able to completely copy past events and all schedules and forms.
I'd love to be able to save certain events to a list that would appear as a drop-down menu at the top of the Add Event page. It would only be necessary to add the time and submit.
Can the associated forms, spaces, etc. also be copied forward for events that have occurred in the past? We need to be able to copy the entire event, not just the description. It seems the form, individual schedule details for a large event, etc. are deleted for past events. Thank you!
Will different schedules copy over as well?
This is a great idea, esp. when you have recurring events that don't fall into a pattern... in our case we host a Lion's Club Golf Fundraiser Planning Meetings, but they occur infrequently
When an event is copied it doesn't include the description. Can the full description be copied into a new event too?
