  1. eSPACE CHAT

    Ability to have instant chat. My company is a retirement community and I work in a large Clubhouse. There is times I need to quickly tell the custodial staff or receptionist something that was changed in the scheduler and makes me get up out of my office and hunt down the custodian or go up to the reception desk. If there was a way to have a chat window throughout the day to shot messages back and forth privately to one another like a group chat that would be FABULOUS! Please VOTE 3 on this if your reading this!

  4. Full Day View Display Type for Digital Signage

    Create an additional display type for the Digital Signage module that shows all events that are occurring today. Similar to the Day view in an outlook calendar.

    For a conference room it is helpful to see what other blocks of time are in use so the walk up user can determine when in the day they can book the room for their meeting.
    Maybe something that looks like https://northwoods-my.sharepoint.com/:i:/g/personal/jasonleenorthwoods_church/EWcEYf65UxJJjXlsYR9G4loB1-iexzGh6adujLDVspDnKg?e=TsH1bl and then the user can tap on the time they want to do a quick booking on.

  6. We would like to be able to create Tags and Categories for specific locations.

    We have several campuses and we don't all share the same Tags and Categories. It would be nice for those to be location specific as it creates confusion and long drop down lists for users to scroll through.

  7. Hover Details - Ability to select what you want to show when the hover over the calendar events

    Create a way to select what details you want to show up when you hover over the details on events when looking at the calendar (i.e. "contact" "email" "phone number" "setup image". My staff would like a way to be able to see the contact that should be called for events that are created. There are times that they need to get in contact with the person who's event it is to find out what supplies are needed or changes that need to be made. Although, you are able to tag contacts to an event you are not able to…

  11. Conversations Red Bubble

    When a conversation is started, for the red bubble to show-up on the dashboard. Currently, the bubble only shows up if someone replies to the conversation. It would be nice to show-up when the conversation is started.

  12. Multilingual Event Request Forms

    We are a multilingual church. In creating an event form the default fields that have to be filled in are labeled in English. It would be great if you gave the option for users to edit the labels of the default fields so that we can create Event Request forms in multiple languages.

    Make a cut off time so people can book an event with setup the day of the event.

  14. Add Event Editor to Event Transfer as an Option

    Within the existing area under menu option, Events, Event Actions, Transfer Events, add the option to add a new Editor to a list of events.

    Scenario: the Owner is on an extended leave and the replacement needs access to maintain the existing events. Owner will return and need to maintain access, but someone else needs to setup for a time.

    When in the conversations it would be nice to have the ability to search keywords. Also the ability to highlight key information. This would be beneficial when the conversation is long it creates a quick reference for the facilities team.

  19. Have different buffers depending on the room

    The preset buffer option is great except that some rooms that are large need longer setup times than small rooms. It would be nice to change the setup/teardown buffer to be different for each room or location.

  20. Setting - Approval Area - Items Description

    When in the Settings > Advanced > Approval Areas. When selecting the "+" sign to see the Items and Sub-Admin; include location. We have rooms at mutilpe campuses that have the same name and the same department approves them. This would make it easier to see which item name belongs to each campus.
