  1. Keep schedules and details from previous events in order to copy them to future events

    With our previous calendar system we were able to copy past events when the same details were needed for a future event. This feature is extremely valuable. Right now all the details from past events and the various schedules associated with them are deleted. Also when copying events most of the details are not actually copied over to the new event. Would love to be able to completely copy past events and all schedules and forms.

  2. Notification email with links directly to the SPACES, RESOURCES and/or SERVICES? so i can approve.

    as sub admin when receiving email, would like to see what spaces or resources that are asking for my approval. also links to SPACES, RESOURES and/or SERVICES would elinate multiple clicks to get to the approval area.

    Delivered through email to admin or other managerial staff.

  4. Updating/changing a recurring event

    When there is a recurring weekly event that changes slightly or needs to be adjusted in some way and the event started in the past, it will not allow an adjustment "from this point forward." A person either has to go in and edit each individual event from that point forward, or end the event and create a new one. It would be nice to just make a change "from this point forward."

  5. Block users from making changes to an event within a certain timeframe

    For example, no changes can be made to an event within 7 days of the scheduled event. Admins can make changes, if necessary.

  6. Event modification emails

    These emails should say WHAT has been modified instead of just providing a link that makes me go to the HISTORY of the event to see what's been changed. Thank you!!

  7. DELETE EVENT: Add Deleted Events Button to Dashboard

    It would be helpful to have a "deleted items" button added next to the Declined button on the Dashboard for Admins so that they can easily access and restore any accidentally deleted events.

  8. Searching for events by a partial name

    When searching for the name of an event, is there anyway the search criteria will populate all events by a partial name? For instance: We have events for CAK Mom's Bible study, Homeschool at CAK, CAK graduation, etc...If I typed CAK allow it to populate all events with CAK in the name.

  9. Icon / Notation for previously Approved events

    It would be helpful to have a notation or icon that shows we are approving an event that has previously been through final approval. NOT another grid. Maybe something similar to the icon that appears when there is a new conversation?

  10. Sub Admin Rights

    Make a sub admin right to allow minor changes to event data. This way you have some admins that can edit minor data and still be assigned approval for certain areas. If I make the account a admin - then they will all approval rights.

  11. Outlook - Availability/Reserving Conference Rooms in eSPACE

    We would like to link administrative conference rooms to Outlook so that they can be booked automatically in eSPACE when the the location is selected in Outlook. This should also show if the conference room is available when selecting a location in Outlook.

  12. Is it possible to add event information from the EVENT DETAILS page to the printed version of an attached form

    Entered event information from the EVENT DETAILS page would automatically post to any FORM being developed.

    Information such as: Event ID, Event Name, Dates, Times

  13. User Permissions/Approval Rights

    Can approval options be created for Admins to select or limit Users to view the event details within the calendar? For example, a general user may only require access to view the calendar event without approval rights to open the forms or documents attached to the event for administrative and/or confidentiality purposes.

  14. Notation for when a Work Order has been created

    There are two things we would like to have added to the Event Scheduler Module regarding notations for when a Work Order is generated...


    1. An icon of some kind (ie the "Services wrench" or the "Resources camera") that notates on the Calendar that a Work Order was generated for this event.


    2. In the History tab of an event, it would be great if there was confirmation that a Work Order was generated and what the Work Order # is.

  15. Admins also Sub Admin

    Some of our "Event Scheduler Admins" are also the person most responsible for a particular "approval area" and should be the person notified about approving that specific area. I would like an admin to also be able to be a "sub-admin" or the specific approver for a specific area just like sub-admins are.

    Many of our admins are only admins because we want them to have rights to the system because of their leadership role. But they are not someone who is working in the eSpace system every day. We need them to be able to get that specific notification…

  16. Would like to see a section added to the event details that would show all events scheduled around the event being scheduled.

    Show 2 hours on either side of the event being requested. This is important for the event submitter to see what is happening around them and for the admin approving the events. Don't want a meeting in the commons with Cheer practice in the room right beside them.

  17. Service Category management within Event Scheduler

    We would like to have the ability to manage which Work Order "Service Categories" are visible within the Event Scheduler. Currently the User has to select from ALL the Categories, even those that do not pertain to Events at all.

  19. Visual indicator of available SPACES on Spaces screen when creating a new event.

    Using the date and time information already entered at the creation of a new event, it would handy to have the available spaces on the SPACES screen "highlighted" in a bold green - as in good to go.

    This would reduce the number of steps in creating the event before there is an actual conflict. Secondly, if you have a multiple spaces that are served by the same HVAC unit, it would allow you select a space that already has the HVAC on rather than a space that would turn on another HVAC unit.   20. Multiple Approval Areas for Items

    Need ability to assign multiple Approval Areas to a Space / Resource / Service. Our Housekeeping Team needs to approve all setup configurations for spaces AND education departments need to approve spaces in their respective areas. So at least two approvals for the same space in that example.
