  1. Allow sub-admin to approve space by category

    In our setting, we would like ministry heads to be able to approve space request based on the category of ministry(e.g., head of the social justice ministry can approve social justice event requests).

  3. Can the notifications log keep notifications that were sent prior to an event being deleted

    I had a reason to look at all my notifications (someone deleted an event) and the notification about the event deleted displayed, but not any of the notifications that happened regarding the event before it was deleted.

    I am requesting that the "My Notifications" log keep all my notifications, even the ones that happened prior to the event being deleted.

  4. When copying an event, either "blank out" any attached forms or require resubmission of the form

    We use custom forms attached to specific services/approval areas so when the event requester selects a particular service the form is required to be completed.

    When an event is copied, the form is copied "completed" so the requester isn't alerted to fill it out again or even check it.

    I'd like to request that either the forms are "blanked out" when the event is copied or, and probably better, keep the form info but require the person to open and resubmit it. Thanks!

  6. send out a notification to sub-admins on approval

    In the event I have multiple sub-admins, can they get notified once an event has been approved on their end?

  7. Please add the infospace option to the quick reservation.

    We would like to hide most of the items that we would use the quick res tool for, so being able to check the "hide from digital display" option, would be great!

  8. Have an automatic generation of resources set to configurations

    If I have a configuration which requires a specific amount of resources, have that number of resources connected automatically to that configuration. This would remove the step for the user to add in those resources.

  9. It would be great if we could filter the calendar and the filter would stay in place after logging out.

    Currently we can filter a calendar and the filter will stay in place while in the system, however once I log out, the filter is automatically cleared.

  10. View set up information for selected spaces for the event prior to and after your event

    It would be so helpful if the events using the same spaces as the reservation you're working on were listed so that people can determine if the way the room will already be set would work their meeting or if they really do need to submit a request for a set up change. Sometimes we flip the set up in a room 3-4 times a day, but if we ask the contact person, they're usually okay with using a different set up...they just have no way of knowing that.

  11. New view with only first occurrence of recurring events

    For the purpose of planning Communications, we need a view of upcoming events that shows only get first occurrence of recurring events.

    Also, it would be helpful to be able to filter this view with the standard tools, i.e. by categories, campuses, groups, etc. But most important is to be able to quickly see the upcoming events by start date and first occurrence.

  12. Full Day View Display Type for Digital Signage

    Create an additional display type for the Digital Signage module that shows all events that are occurring today. Similar to the Day view in an outlook calendar.
    For a conference room it is helpful to see what other blocks of time are in use so the walk up user can determine when in the day they can book the room for their meeting.
    Maybe something that looks like https://northwoods-my.sharepoint.com/:i:/g/personal/jason_lee_northwoods_church/EWcEYf65UxJJjXlsYR9G4loB1-iexzGh6adujLDVspDnKg?e=TsH1bl and then the user can tap on the time they want to do a quick booking on.
