  1. Notation for when a Work Order has been created

    There are two things we would like to have added to the Event Scheduler Module regarding notations for when a Work Order is generated...


    1. An icon of some kind (ie the "Services wrench" or the "Resources camera") that notates on the Calendar that a Work Order was generated for this event.


    2. In the History tab of an event, it would be great if there was confirmation that a Work Order was generated and what the Work Order # is.

  2. Keep the "Find a space" option in Condensed Navigation Mode

    The "find a space" option completely disappears from the options on the left when we select condensed navigation mode. It would be helpful if it was available as a drop down or as a button elsewhere.

  3. space set up complete

    space set up complete button, it would be helpful if our guys could click a button after the room is set up to provide a notification to the event planner or manager that the room is ready for a event - or that we had a issue setting up a room....Thoughts?

  4. When transferring ownership of events (if that person leaves your company), can you make the "new event owner" a "required" field.

    In Event Request builder, we need a set up day option. We only have a set up time option. We have events that are set up the day before.

  6. Report Builder - Include date event was updated

    I would like to have the option to build a report with the date an event was updated or modified. This would give me the ability to see what events have changed since my previous report. If I have last minute changes to resources/services, I could run a report that shows only the event that have changed. This would also give the ability to build a report that includes events that have been created and/or updated since a specific date.

  7. Custom Reminder Dates

    Having the 'Custom' option when setting reminders is great. It would be wonderful to have a calendar icon for those selections, in addition to just the # of days. This way if something is due on a specific date prior to the event, you don't have to count to see how many days to enter.

  8. Campus map view

    Option to load our CAD files of an aerial view of our campus with the ability to view occupied spaces or events with a day/time scroll bar at the bottom. Also, it would be helpful for those reserving spaces to see the actual space they would like to reserve and ability to select the space they are reserving. This could also translate to the work order management portal.

  9. Would like to be able have a schedule of an event Public, but not all schedules within an event public.

    Example: We have Women's Bible Study on Tuesday mornings and would like this on our Public Calendar, however we do not want to have listed each sub event of each individual woman's group listed.

  10. Icon / Notation for previously Approved events

    It would be helpful to have a notation or icon that shows we are approving an event that has previously been through final approval. NOT another grid. Maybe something similar to the icon that appears when there is a new conversation?

  11. Add addresses of off-site locations

    We have MANY off-site events, field trips, athletic events, etc. It would be very beneficial to have a list (name and address) of these off-site locations so that a person submitting the event could just choose this location and the address would show up on the event in our web-site. This would be extremely helpful for parents!

  12. Filter Upcoming Events

    I would like to be able to Filter on the upcoming events dashboard. As an admin I see everything, which is great for somethings that I do, but when I need to narrow it down to exactly what my department handles it sometimes gets a little difficult to navigate.

  13. Exclusion filter option for reports and visual calendar

    The filter option currently INCLUDES selected categories in reports and on calendars. I would like the option to EXCLUDE as well. For example, we have events with multiple categories such as 'athletics' & 'middle school'. Selecting only 'middle school' category will still show these athletic events as well as academic events. If I can exclude athletic category.....then only academic will show.

  14. Need to edit a service on a single occurrence without changing information on all of the events in that series.

    I have an event that occurs every week on our campus. Usually all of the events are the same but there is a rare occasion that calls for a service to provide more equipment. When I fill out that services form requesting the equipment needed it changes all of the events in this reoccurring series. This causes a ton of scheduling issues and confusion on our end.   15. Ability for admin to override Approved w/ Conflicts for visual calendar to show Approved

    Sometime events share spaces and times and are not in conflict. Rather than showing Approved with Conflicts, we would like to have an admin override to mark as Approved (without Conflicts) so the event will show in green on the calendar rather than red. If an event is edited, it will need to go through same conflict checks and then be reevaluated to determine if a conflict exists or is acceptable.

  16. Report exclusion option

    Option in reports to select an item/resource/service to exclude from the report. So if I want a report on all resources except for the one I would select.

  17. Minimize website upkeep: Allow us to link to a subset of events from our espace calendar

    We would like a way to use a general ministry description on our website, that would have a permalink to espace that would lead to a filtered calendar with upcoming events for that ministry. The website could say for example, "“The quilting ministry is an opportunity to build community, engage in the art of quilting, and use this art to serve members of our community. Visit www.ualc.org/quilt for upcoming events” - with our website's link redirecting to a list of upcoming events for the quilt ministry from your public calendar.   19. Is it possible to add a column to the item grid for resources to show the Quantity on Hand for inventoried resources?

    Right now when you are working in basic settings on resources, you cannot see how many of each item you have on hand unless you click the edit button for that specific item. It would be nice to have that number visible on the item grid so I can quickly see which items I need to update.

  20. Conditional Approval

    Have the option to approve something but only under certain conditions. For example when I approve an event conditionality I can add a note "approved only if group uses the same setup and following event." That way the terms of approval are in writing.
