Include the day of the week on reports, not just the date
Reports are only showing the date and often I have to write the day of the week in pen next to the date for visual clarity

Prohibit event submittal if OVER the max room occupancy
Max room occupancies are set however users are still able to submit an event if their number exceeds our occupancy. There is a tiny warning however this isn't stopping anyone and I don't think users pay too much attention. If a room has a max, it should not allow a user to submit a reservation until they either change the room or adjust their attendance numbers

Add arrows and shapes to digital signage
In the infospace settings for an event you can override the spaces. It would be nice to be able to add an arrow or shape like this example -ROOM 111 (arrow here). The signage works great but when our outside groups look at the monitor they don't know what way the room is.

Number Attending per Occurrence
Please add the ability to change the number attending per occurrence of an event. We often have repetitive ministry events but the number of attending/head count changes for each occurrence!

Tracking of time to approve events
We would like the ability to see the amount of time it takes for an event to go from created through approvals to final approvals. We would love a way to see that on the dashboard and/or would like a report that could be pulled that would show us. We have set a goal of moving an event through the process in 7 days or less, but currently don't have an easy way to look at that except to look at each event individually.
Ideally we would like notification messages that can tell us when an event is nearly that…

Ability to transfer events in one space to a new space without loss of details
It would be nice to have the ability to transfer events in one space to another space without having to go to each event individually. One of our main spaces has to go down for a period of time and we want to move all events that were scheduled in that space to be moved to a different space. It could be set up like the user transfer for event owners.

Ability to change the date of an event with registrants
Because of the unknowns of COVD, we have had people register for an event but then had to cancel the event but can't do that in eSPACE nor can you change the date of the event because there are registrants attached. I would like to have the ability for administrators to change the date of an event with or without registrants so that is reflected on the website.

Un-Cancel an event
Due to Covid we went through our calendars and cancelled many events. We would like to change our reoccurring events that were cancelled back to an active event. I know that we can go to details and Copy the event but it would be great to just un-cancel the event.

Update email template for virtual events
The event modified email template sent for an event that is virtual has the "offsite" indicator, probably because that's all there used to be. just FYI, you might want to edit the template to indicate offsite or virtual.

Add a "Back to Groups" button within "Edit Group" window to take the user back to the "Item Groups" page.

Edit occurrence name
I have a multi-occurrence event that takes place every Sunday morning called "Sunday Forum." I need to be able to edit individual "Sunday Forum" occurrences to include the name of the speaker or title of the lecture that day. I.e. "Sunday Forum - Bible Challenge" and the next week "Sunday Forum - Guest Speaker" or whatever. ServiceU (the antiquated program that we are trying to transition from) can do this very easily.

Option to schedule volunteers/staff to run events
I.e. be able to maintain a roster of people typically willing to help with events. When a new event comes up, roles are established and then all contacts are asked to agree to be scheduled to help work or serve during an event. This would be similar to Planning Center's Services module.

future occurrence edit within
In Settings->Advanced->General->Event Creation, we have a 48 hour buffer before an event occurres to keep Owners from editing their event (which is excellent might I say). BUT, for reoccurring events, if an Owner would like to make a change to a single future occurrence while in that 48 hour buffer, they are not able to. I believe they should be able to make edits of all occurrences besides the next occurring event.

Include a warning message on the event details page to notify you that a change to a single schedule will affect the entire event, It appears you are editing one schedule, but in fact campus changes and the public details in particular affect the entire event. A warning should pop up asking if you really want to do that.

Time Cushion for Resources or Services
Some of our Resources and Services require a time cushion between events...i.e. if the protective gym flooring is used for Event A, then there has to be a 2 hour cushion before another event can be in there to allow time to remove it. Could be useful for spaces as well...

It would be nice to have the ability to customize our internal event request form similar to the Public event request forms.

During preapproval/final approval, ability to view all OTHER events happening at the same time
ServiceU has a great feature I'd love to see in eSPACE. When an event is in the approval process, at the bottom of the screen there is a list of ALL other events that are happening on campus 2 hours before the event through 2 hours after the event. (It defaults to 2 hours, but you can also reset it to however many hours you want.) This is SO helpful when I am trying to make sure I am not approving too many back-to-back events for our custodians to handle setup for. One thing that would make it even better…

Show what is not approved on the Dashboard for the event.
I would like to see what is holding up the events approval in the Dashboard. Currently I see that the events has not completed its approval process. I would like to see a check mark or something notating that this service category, location, or item is approved when I hover over the event without having to open up the event to look at the availability.

Add a "Do Not Allow Request unless X days out" option to General Settings
This option exists when creating an Event Request form, but it would be helpful on the "internal" side too. If possible, being able to tailor this to an item would be really useful as some Spaces/Resources/Services need a lead time, but most do not.
