  1. Notation for when a Work Order has been created

    There are two things we would like to have added to the Event Scheduler Module regarding notations for when a Work Order is generated...

    1. An icon of some kind (ie the "Services wrench" or the "Resources camera") that notates on the Calendar that a Work Order was generated for this event.

    2. In the History tab of an event, it would be great if there was confirmation that a Work Order was generated and what the Work Order # is.

  2. Service Category management within Event Scheduler

    We would like to have the ability to manage which Work Order "Service Categories" are visible within the Event Scheduler. Currently the User has to select from ALL the Categories, even those that do not pertain to Events at all.

  3. Icon / Notation for previously Approved events

    It would be helpful to have a notation or icon that shows we are approving an event that has previously been through final approval. NOT another grid. Maybe something similar to the icon that appears when there is a new conversation?

  4. Allow a sub-admin to have pre-approval or final approval rights at one location, but not at all locations.

    When a user needs to approve at one location, but only schedule at another, it gets very overwhelming and confusing to have events for both locations show up in their email notifications and dashboards. It would be great to be able to select pre-approve and final approve by location, not just to the person.

  5. space set up complete

    space set up complete button, it would be helpful if our guys could click a button after the room is set up to provide a notification to the event planner or manager that the room is ready for a event - or that we had a issue setting up a room....Thoughts?

  6. Option to turn off green pop-up confirmations

    They interrupt the workflow and cover up useful areas of the screen — the "Add Event" button, for example. And they duplicate links and information that are already available on the same screen.

  7. Admins also Sub Admin

    Some of our "Event Scheduler Admins" are also the person most responsible for a particular "approval area" and should be the person notified about approving that specific area. I would like an admin to also be able to be a "sub-admin" or the specific approver for a specific area just like sub-admins are.

    Many of our admins are only admins because we want them to have rights to the system because of their leadership role. But they are not someone who is working in the eSpace system every day. We need them to be able to get that specific notification…

  8. Add a "Do Not Allow Request unless X days out" option to General Settings

    This option exists when creating an Event Request form, but it would be helpful on the "internal" side too. If possible, being able to tailor this to an item would be really useful as some Spaces/Resources/Services need a lead time, but most do not.

  9. Export File in CSV Format for Compatibility With Other Applications

    A CSV File Export option - currently it is necessary to open the excel file and use Save AS to make compatible a file compatible with other applications.

  10. Modify Page Break by event - keep with next

    On the Event Setup report, sometimes an event is half on the bottom of one page and half at the top of the next page, and sometimes data is lost in the page break.

    you can select to page break by event, however, that puts one event on each page, which seems wasteful.

    i'm suggesting that a new break type is added which would push an event to the next page when it doesn't fit on the current page.

  11. Report printing pain - data is lost in printing

    Sometimes there is data lost at the point between the bottom of one page, and the top of the next page. The only choices for page break on the Event Setup report is none or by event (which uses a lot of pages).

    please fix the lost data if not breaking pages.

  12. Need to edit a service on a single occurrence without changing information on all of the events in that series.

    I have an event that occurs every week on our campus. Usually all of the events are the same but there is a rare occasion that calls for a service to provide more equipment. When I fill out that services form requesting the equipment needed it changes all of the events in this reoccurring series. This causes a ton of scheduling issues and confusion on our end.   13. During preapproval/final approval, ability to view all OTHER events happening at the same time

    ServiceU has a great feature I'd love to see in eSPACE. When an event is in the approval process, at the bottom of the screen there is a list of ALL other events that are happening on campus 2 hours before the event through 2 hours after the event. (It defaults to 2 hours, but you can also reset it to however many hours you want.) This is SO helpful when I am trying to make sure I am not approving too many back-to-back events for our custodians to handle setup for. One thing that would make it even better…

  14. Ability to Upload and Attach Documents and View Image on Hover Details on the Calendar

    There needs to be a way that we can upload a document (i.e. Certificate of Insurance, Vendor Contracts, setup image, etc.). My company is a retirement village that has many events monthly. There are events we hold that have specific setups and require certificate of insurance. There needs to be a way that we can upload these documents and be able to view them by an image that pops up if you hover over an event on the calendar.   15. Ability for admin to override Approved w/ Conflicts for visual calendar to show Approved

    Sometime events share spaces and times and are not in conflict. Rather than showing Approved with Conflicts, we would like to have an admin override to mark as Approved (without Conflicts) so the event will show in green on the calendar rather than red. If an event is edited, it will need to go through same conflict checks and then be reevaluated to determine if a conflict exists or is acceptable.

  16. We would like an integration with Basecamp.

    Our Worship & Arts team uses Basecamp extensively. They would love if there could be an integration between Basecamp and eSpace so that events scheduled in Basecamp could have staff assignments, notes, etc. in Basecamp.

  17. The Filter button is broken in the app on the Event setup view for Android

    When using the app, i'd like to be able to filter on the event list view, but the filter button doesn't respond.

  19. Pre-approval permission based on Category

    It would be great to assign a user a default category where they are able to Pre-approve events in that category only. When that user books an event in a different category, it would go through the regular process, not pre-approval.

  20. Ability to open the .jpg image within the mobile app

    The ability for my event crew to see the set-up diagram within the mobile app would save a tremendous amount of time. Right now the .jpg file is so tiny on a mobile device it is difficult to see the details of the diagram.
