  1. More information in event history

    When "event details updated" shows in the history, it would be helpful for it to tell us what detail was updated.

  2. Link to calendar from Availability page

    When viewing an event from the Availability page (during the approval process) it would be nice if the date that is listed was a hyperlink to the Calendar that loaded the appropriate date.

    It's nice to get a look at the big picture before approving a space or resource and it would help save a couple clicks if there was a direct link to the calendar displaying the appropriate date rather than having to click "Calendars" and then go to the date.

    A direct link will save eSpace bandwidth. Only loading the information the user wants rather than sending them…

  3. Create column headers at the top of the Event List report

    Instead of creating column headers with each event, create a header at the top of each page to include all column headers. No need for the headers to repeat with every event. Currently, if an event wraps from one page to the next, there are no column headers for this event on the next page. This will clean up the report and create more space for data.

  4. Setting room capacity

    It would be nice to have the option of setting up room capacity with and without tables. Number does differ and room capacity would differ depending on set up.

  6. HVAC lead times

    It would be great to have a lead-times setting HVAC units, so they start heating/cooling with enough time to reach their target temperature before people arrive.

    While setup and teardown times can be used to do the same thing, users often forget to consider HVAC. it would be helpful to set a value for each unit, so if staff don't identify the setup time, the unit will still come on early enough to reach the target temperature.

  7. Ability to check a Space availability quickly

    We need to be able to see a specific room's availability easily and quickly. As it stands now, we have to go into daily space scheduler and see what's open. The "find a space" does not seem to work properly. Are there better views we can get? It's cumbersome navigating between the various views.

  8. Make selecting at least one space mandatory

    We have an approval process that is based on spaces (rather than resources or services). If a request is made with no space selected (e.g., space is typed into notes), then the request doesn't go through the approval process. If someone is not actively monitoring all requests, then these types of requests could be missed.

  9. Event Space Alert After Selecting Services

    Is it possible to be notified if a space isn't selected for an event after
    creating the event and going directly to "services"? We had the unfortunate circumstance of a space being double-booked because when booking we forgot to select the space and went right to services. All of the services were book, but the space remained opened and was booked by another event.

  10. Customize the dashboard to arrange columns from left to right.

    We read from left to right, so preferred data should come first. I prefer "date" not "event id" but other users may have different preferences. Customization would allow each user to design their dashboard accordingly.

  11. Amenities: Room Feature Search when booking an event

    We have certain resources permanently installed in select rooms. It would be nice when searching for a room to use features of the room as well as the room capacity, setup styles, etc.

  12. The Ability to modify notes sections on forms

    We use forms to gather info for tech needs in our venues. currently when someone tries to modify a note section, it does not update the form, even though we get an email saying the form has been updated

    Entered event information from the EVENT DETAILS page would automatically post to any FORM being developed.

    Information such as: Event ID, Event Name, Dates, Times

  15. Create an option to make private events visible only to Admins or Sub-Admins.

    It would great if it were possible to make a private event visible only to certain users... Especially to Admins or Sub-Admins rather than ALL users...

  16. Allow sub-admins to Decline events/instances of events.

    Currently only Admins can decline events. Sub-Admins for spaces and services need to be able to decline the event or instance of recurring events if they are unable to fulfill the request.

  17. Need the capability to attach multiple forms to one or more rooms in an Event.

    We have various forms for all of our rooms. Many times we need more than one form attached to an Event. Please give us the capability to add multiple forms to one event.

  19. Notifications: Email Notification settings

    We would like to propose an enhancement to choose which notifications are emailed. Example-an Admin member does not wish to receive notifications when events are deleted.

  20. Event Report-contact information

    With reports, it would be helpful for the final report to show the contact information. I’m thinking when the staff member responsible to provide Audio/Visual training runs a report, it would be helpful for her to have that contact info on the report and not have to go back and forth from the report back to the calendar. Now, when it comes to the contact info, sometimes the event owner will be operating the audio/visual and other times, there’s someone else responsible. Would it be possible to add the contact info for the person responsible for audio/visual somehow so that…
